Boots Heat 1) The first lap was pretty sharp, but didnt really start to feel it until 350m, went through the bell in 58 and picked up the effort for the last 400m. last 200m was my slowest in 31 seconds, so i was a bit tired. Qualified for the Warwickshire Final, so I was very pleased, and also got a new PB of 2:02.1 Final) Felt quite tired for this one, but went very well considering I bust a gut to qualify for it. I still beat by PB that stood prior to the heat and finished in 2:03.6
