Sai The most marshalls I've ever seen in any 10k run... a very encouraging and friendly bunch too!... (last year was also the same)... great course... great atmosphere.

trebormint Struggled with the hills and the heat. Interesting course, shame about the crowding at certain points and having to wait to cross the road. Will probably run again next year, although I will need to do some more hill work in preparation.
