  runningmumof3boys: julie...1stlty well dont 2ndly omgoodness without a doubt it made it harder! my half marathon PB is 6 minutes faster than yesterday -if its your 1st half marathon dont let it put you off and without knowing your running experience and training i would say if it hadnt been like it was you could have knocked 5-10 minutes off of your time (i ran my 1st half in st neots 2009- perfect conditions in nov in 2.20)
