That toe hurting through the forest and down that bloody 3 mile land-rover road (thought it would never end ) was a pain. Hate limping in , I want to sprint in again ! Not decision yet ,but David or me will be running with the other supporting with Carolyn then swapping over so I will be there one way or another.Given an injury free run, I'm going to swap between hardmoors and whw for the next few years as my big summer race (or more ) till i get the times i want or die trying. xx
