Well hello there! It's your Captain speaking 
I'm looking forward very much indeed to seeing you all (fellow supporters and runners) on The Big Day.
Runners - we will have everything you need, just so long as you tell us what it is in good time. Food, drink, gels, hugs, sticks to poke you with, tissues to wipe away your tears - you name it, we will supply it.
If you have friends and family coming to support you on the day and they would like to pop by Fetchpoint then let me know so that we can look out for them.
And we will cheer. Boy oh boy will we cheer. Make sure you move over to the left once you hit The Highway on your way out so that you are best placed to get our attention - we will be looking out for you but if you shout 'Fetchies!!' and wave then we have the best chance of spotting you. Be warned though: people around you will think that you are celebrities when we all start jumping up and down and screaming, so be prepared for some puzzled looks
On the way back you need to (obviously!) be on the right hand side. Look for the team signs and we will be there waiting with your goodies.
Right. That's it from me for now. Over to you to announce yourselves and start thinking about what you want from us (it might just be a wave and that's just fine).

Woo hoo. I think I've said elsewhere but I won't be able to be there right from the start as I'm volunteering on the Red Fast Good For Age baggage busses first. From what friends who have done it before have said I'll be able to get away sharpish once the race gets underway so travel permitting should be at Fetchpoint before the elites get to it!
