Struggled with the word today, although was also struggling with my run after a long one yesterday so not thinking so much about the word. I did manage to trip over an irregular bit of pavement, but it didn't come out well on camera, and was actually an embarrassingly small irregularity that I should not have tripped on!
Best I can do is I bet people thought I was pretty irregular in this shirt! :-D

Jump. These are the long jump pits, not in use as they are unsafe, inside the local school running track. Sadly the track may become part of a housing estate as the school is selling the land to rebuild itself. It will be a great shame as the track is much used by runners, person trainers and their victims, and local sports teams.

This log was one of the jumps in the National XC in Wollaton Park this year (remember races?). It has since been sawn in half and moved down from the muddy old position which i think is about where the lady in red (earworm alert) has her head in perspective.
