Stunned to report I technically lying the wrong way round on zwift as I am below my reported weight, only just but it is a start.
May race Sunday so may put the correct weight in. Assuming no power loss if I drop 1kgs I will need to race A

Keeping the gardening light today for tonight I ride in stage 2 of the women's SRAM world event thingy. Overdid it on stage 1.
How realistic are zwift watts compared with real watts?

Had a panic on earlier, cleaned bike, and turbo area. Putting cassette on turbo back together something wasn't right - the spindle metal insert that screws in before the lock ring was missing. Only realised when chain wouldn't go round. Searched everywhere no sign. Found bag of parts, no sign. Then I looked inside the cassette lock ring tool and it had got stuck! Screwing it in managed to unseat it and I will ride again!
