Feb 1st.
A new month, and a month that is neither Derek Pringle or January 2018 so it has to be a good thing. There is no training but a feeling of recovery and a few 'urges'.

That was to nico, sorry.
Right. How about a February Regnaw?
'Winning' February for me would look like:
* Some swimming (keeping a duck off the scorecard, basically)
* 200+ miles on the bike (Spring Saddle is only 8 weeks away) including at least one 'substantial' ride of 2hrs+
* Running for fun as and when I fancy

February: 85 hours total/950miles biked/125 miles run/18 miles swum and 4.2+ w/kg will do nicely.
28 days of dry largely sunny weather with light winds and unseasonal warmth, a rise in sea temps off East Anglia by a couple of degrees and a solid 63 mins at the Ely Hardriders would place a moist, juicy cherry on top.

I should just about break 15 hours for Jan when I upload a missing run. Happy with 71 miles on the bike, given my challenges with that, but need to up that in February.
Winning Feb for me would be:
* Some swimming (at least 1k per week)
* 2 x strength sessions per week (get some weight off and helps with endurance)
* Loads more bum in saddle time
* Running 10k regularly and 5k a bit faster

It's sunny out there but warm it ain't.
I'll get back to you with a W/kg number. This may involve talking to the Pod.
Is this a 20m or a 1h number?

February? Aren't we all supposed to be under several feet of snow for most of it (according to click-bait Express headlines in my facebook feed at least) ?
