As this clearly addicted emaciated guy made off with her sit up and beg bike. I made off across the municipal planting and intercepted him by pulling him off the bike. Someone had called the police so I had to keep holding the bloke... Not sure what happened but the woman got her bike back. He was probably back on the street an hour later... The other was my own bike: I was super motivated and a proper runner at the time... Again, pulled the bloke off... But in London, my bike was stolen once a year at least
