Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

He could have rowed *across* a field. He was *that* good.

Can't choose between the bloke who won medals sitting on his arse and the bad whistler, but give me the Army judo champion over the sandcastle builder anyday.

It's the squaddie with the great smell of Brut vs a sporting icon with a personality bypass in the final.

The only question remains which SIWAPB.

Skippy the bush kangaroo is a clear fourth in a filed of four.

Me being me, and contrary to everything said before, I think of the four Edwards would be the most interesting dinner party guest.

Thought you’d be more ‘interested’ in dinner with the fragrant squaddie? ;-)

'dinner' yes. Dinner not so much. Squaddie conversation is like copper conversation without the charm and refinement. And I have enough copper-talk in my life already. People pay me money to listen to it.

speaking of the final, is there an actual vote or are we just advising Greppers informally?

It is a well-established principle that the Beloved Leader starts the final without letting us know and closes it at a time of his own choosing.
