Oops it's that time of year again. Sunday 29th September at 11am starting and finishing at the Powis Arms, in the beautiful South Shropshire Hills, over private estates, footpaths and quiet country lanes. CAKES supplied as always by the Little Round Cake Company. Camping available and there is a real ale festival on in the pub as well. |

Race went well, 49 entries £255 raise for air ambulance. Won by Dominic Jones 38.54, 1st lady Val Swingler 42.43

Here we go again, it's fast approaching. 28th September this year, 11 am start, still only a fiver, same route across the Bury Ditches ancient hill fort. CAKES, supplied by the little round cake company, and further sponsorship from Hangar 18 outdoors. New landlord at the pub.
