It’s really just death. Mr Kelly, remember, wasn’t always a sports radio person - he was editor of both NME and Q back in the day.

Anyway, his assertion is that behind the intentionally gross dark music lies a subculture of right wing extremism and misogyny of the more disturbing ‘activist’ variety.

I find this entirely plausible.

Good use of ‘splenetic threnody’ - Mr Kelly would approve, I believe. He does love to indulge in purple prose.

When Spurs once more reach sunlit uplands of Champions League qualifications a bust should be erected his honour and bunting should be hung in the streets, whilst church bells ring out in celebration.
