An office worker saw the woman walk off the quay edge and called a couple of men to rescue her. The dog was swimming around her, pushing against the wall to keep her safe. Two thoughts occur to me: firstly, the guide dog didn't do that great a job in the first place; secondly, given that the woman was holding its lead, I wonder how voluntary its rescue plunge was? Using his billhook, Dio rakes about in the murky waters, and fishes out the next clue.
