linking strava to justgiving for virtual marathon

It says it is connected- but I have tried 2 runs using ~~strava~~ and nothing is appearing on fundraising page ie no runs can be seen. I've set my settings on my phone so everyone can see runs Not sure why its not working. i am, logged in. Thanks in advance
