No sign of intelligence in my local residents' page just now...

1) "Are the residents of 14 xx avenue here, I have a parcel for you and haven't been able to get an answer"
"is it for 14 xx road?"
"no it's for 14 xx avenue"

2) "Just arrived home and seen glass smashed in the 1st car park off xx road, 3rd parking space on left, I don't have a brush can somebody help sweep it up"
"Which car park" (I'm not sure how much clearer the directions can be....)

I live in a low rise flat at the top, and every day I seem to get thousands of migets. Is there any way I can avoid this please.?? It's mainly in the evening.
