"no it's for 14 xx avenue" 2) "Just arrived home and seen glass smashed in the 1st car park off xx road, 3rd parking space on left, I don't have a brush can somebody help sweep it up" "Which car park" (I'm not sure how much clearer the directions can be....)

I live in a low rise flat at the top, and every day I seem to get thousands of migets. Is there any way I can avoid this please.?? It's mainly in the evening.
