That bad Baz? You've to remember Cove have players in their squad that could be playing in the higher places of the championship or the lower reaches of the premier league.

Yep. Although we were short of a lot of players tonight. However there was a lot wrong in the way we approached the game.

Oi, dont lump me in with the Ross out brigade. I thought he was very harshly treated by Hibs. 3rd in the league, qualify for europe, two semi finals and then two finals is almost as good a record as any hibs manager has had. OK he didnt win a cup, but he was sacked just a few weeks before a final. Yes, he didnt have a great record in 'big games' and we were on a very poor run of form. However I thought he was the man for the job Some fans didnt like the football we played, but last night football was worse than it was under Ross against a team from 2 divisions lower |

Bazoaxe From the outside it always looked strange that there were a lot of Hibs fans wanting him out, as you say the stats he had were the best you'd seen in a long time. Football fans are fickle however and nowadays managers rarely get enough time to turn things around, which probably was the case with Ross.

It’s a cup tie, going through is the objective, whether you play well or not is irrelevant.
