I had to travel, so did many... and the weather was atrocious...you have no control over that. Many still turned up and had a great time. I was officially still quite ill, but a run on some carpet indoors and a weekend of general fetchery later and I was all happy and well again

We don't wont that weather again. But I do think it was funny when we had some top British runners almost joining us as the weather was so bad they couldn't run outside and we had the only place that they could run booked

Can't remember who it was as I am hopeless with names but Homer might remember. Lorraine the scotish are a hardy lot, I wouldn't have thought that -17 was an issue
