Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I believe the correct terminology in these parts is "snap tin"

Quinoa is relatively high in protein, unlike rice. Though personally I find it needs to be heavily disguised behind other food otherwise it's a bit weird. But I can see why it's used in salads, I imagine it's very handy for vegans.

Indeed, quinoa doesn't taste of much but it's nice in a salad with e.g. avocado, tomato, balsamic vinegar.

Despite being clearly in his thirties, The Fonz was best friends with a lot of teenagers. He used to operate from 'an office' that was a gents toilet. He would have 'meetings' in there with his teenaged friends.

I don't know what you are getting at McG. I met Fonzy in a bar and he seemed a very nice man

Quinoa is a bit iffy geopolitically. Glenn will explain - I'm bound to misrepresent the facts and he'll get cross so I'll leave it to him.

The quinoa that I have in my cupboard was grown in the UK.
