Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ed Hughes. Beer Sommelier for Sharp's Brewery. He wrote a book about pairing beer and food. The Doom Bar bread recipe is amazing

Finally for today, if you've enjoyed a Tarquin's gin and tonic on your Cornish holiday, and wondered who Tarquin is....

... he's the one in the middle

Not so sure it was an ‘opportunity’.

Sir M&W was just outside Wimbledon, legging it from the paparazzi when he ran into the back of me (it was when he was dating Sue Barker).

Two possibles:

1) Had I softened him up with a crisp double jab and floored him with an overhand right then I may have featured in some unflattering headlines in the next days currant bun.

2) As a spindly 16 year old, had an all out brawl ensued there is no guarantee of a win. I may have had to move to Tibet for 15 years to escape the humiliation of being duffed up by Sir Cliff.

Neither outcome appeals..

I bagged a sexy flirtatious wink from Joan Collins at Wimbledon around that time as well; not bad for a spindly 16 year old....

You lot just chat amongst yourselves, why not ;-)
Ainslee Harriott a sleazy bellend in real life. But to my knowledge he is neither musician nor endangered species
