Strange one on Monday, it was good to be back running long again but I've got a bit slower since the TiT so was a bit disappointing. How did you find it? I'm looking forward to this though.

Naomi - I quite liked Chester, mentally tough on the last few miles of that Greenway though.

I'm not surprised you were a little slower, I was jaded for a while after 10 in 10.
