Hoovering is an extreme response to stress. I suggest running would be better
Didn't wake up till 9.30, think I needed that. I also need a run.

this thread and a couple of others keeps falling off my watch list - I wonder why you're all so quiet and fine 100 odd posts since I last checked
well slept Fleecy - was hoping for the same myself, but been up since 5 - on the 4th load of washing - which is a longish one so I'm sneaking out for a little run once this  is finished.
I hope those parkrunning enjoyed it

I ran to parkrun, ran it as a running marshal, then ran home. Around 9 miles.

Some good running going on
18 secs off my fastest recent parkrun, pleased with that, makes me believe I can get back to PB shape.

Afternoon all
Currently in my way home from the Run the Solar System 10k at the Olympic Park this morning!
Smashed out a new PB on a pleasant morning for it (blue skies with a bit of clouds and sleeveless top temperatures) went off far too quick (1st mile 7:05) and came in with a new 10k PB of 47:37
