Not nearly as scary a club as it sounds! I've been a member for year and my running has improved hugely even though I'd been running on my own for 10 years and am a L60 now. Very very friendly people who always make me feel part of things, even when I'm the last club member (which usually happens) home in a race.
Club Sessions
Tuesday
Meet at Crossford Bridge clubhouse in Sale for either a steady run or an efforts session in various locations. The steady run is down the riverbank most weeks and there is always someone to run with. 7 pm start

Track session with Maurice or meet up with people and go for a run informally. Need to be warmed up to start track at 7.30 pm
