Started running about 18 years ago. Did triathalons for the RAF for several years, and hundreds of cross country races. Still plodding on, lost 2 stone last year but over Christmas 1 has come back. Should hopefully be running London next year fingers crossed. So some more weight will be going. Running every day and still loving it. Just found this web site and cannot believe what I have been missing all these years.
