Hi all my name is Ishtiaq , but people know me as Ish. I have been running for over 20 years, been with the same club for all of that time Birstall Running Club.
Its a great club no elite snobbery, all treated the same, we describe ourselves as a drinking club with a running problem.
I enjoy the social side of running, no matter where i go to run i am treated with respect and a warm welcome, you can not say that about many other sports, running tran sends all boundaries regardless of , age, sex , creed, religion and disabilities.
