I live in Kendal, Cumbria and I am very lucky to have such wonderful scenery surrounding me as I run!
I started running in April 2011 and my only goal was to complete the GNR which I did, hated every minute and I vowed never to run again. A couple of weeks later I realised I was missing running and started again. I have somehow become hooked and my goal for 2014 is to get a sub 4 marathon and to complete a Triathlon!
