Football referee in Mid Wales, started running at the end of 2012 to improve my fitness!
Soon caught the running bug and can't get enough!!
My first race was the Aberystwyth 10km which I did in 40:21
I love my road racing and aiming to do a full marathon soon when I have knocked down a couple of my pb.
