Just coming off my first marathon (the Cincinnati Flying Pig on May 6) and looking to get faster and do some trail running this summer. Hoping for a 26-minute 5k by the end of the summer (not fast in the grand scheme of things, but I would be proud!0
I live in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Sorry to infiltrate a UK site, but we don't have anything like this that's free, at least that I know of.
