About Me
I've been running for about 12 months now. Had a five month break in the middle but have been back running for six months now. I was finding it difficult to increase my speed and distance so I joined a running club - I think that is the best thing I've done this year. Both my distance and speed continue to improve and the great side effect is I'm loosing weight yeah!
