So as 2013 comes to a close (early I know) it has been a total washout as far as running is concerned, although I did manage to struggle my way around the Warwick Half in March Birmingham half in October, TR24 in July and a couple of 10km races in the summer. 2014 is the Paris Marathon and I am not looking at anything else, If I can stay free from injury I am sure I can be close to the 4 and half hour target.
