Ive been running for almost 2 years, had a couple of niggling injuries, but managed to complete the Great North Run in 2hrs 24mins, which I am really pleased about. Been off runing for the past 5 weeks, with a calf injury - so frustrated! But been out tonight and hopefully im back running!
