43 years old, been running seriously since 2007.
Run 7 races since this time.Best so far is Isle of Wight Marathon in 2007.First marathon I had ever run, done it in 4 hours 14 minutes, 57 seconds. This is the firdt running site I have joined, hope to get lots of iinfo and inspiration from it.
