About Me
I'm in the process of turning my life around. I have stopped smoking and have put quite a bit of lumber on since leaving the military July 2013. I now intend to prepare for the 2016 Marathon des Sables which means I will be forcing myself out running in preparation. Safe running everyone especially as the clocks have gone back.
