Never even considered running as a kid, used to cycle a lot when I was younger but run !!!!
However my step daughter started running and I used to take her to training and races and so on and so forth etc..... I'm sure you all get the picture. So one day in may 2008 I was walking past the the chemist and said to my step daughter "just be a minute" went in and made an appointment to stop smoking and have never looked back. I now train 3-4 times a week and race regularly. Who would have thought it !!!
