34 years old and played hockey for over 20, and occassionaly ran for fitness, now starting to run regulary since entering the Birmingham Half in summer 2009, then struggled with injuries but a good summer and encouragement from my friend at Kennilworth Runners saw me smash my Half PB in 2010 before more injuries. Now with a family it is easier to fit the running around life.
