After leaving the army back in 2007.., due to the expected birth of my lovely daughter. I have slowly struggled back to fitness, after nearly a year and a half, of totally doing nothing it has come to my attention that im not as fit as i used to be, and unfortunatley not getting any younger either. Sooooo ive decided, its about time i gave myself a swift kick up the ass and did something about it... this year ive entered a couple of race's as thiers nothing quite like throwing yourself in at the deep end.. So im kinda hoping this will be the year i get to grips with myself.x
