Been running for 3 years now, bit of a late starter , but hey ho
Not found it easy, often questioned why bother? but that old feeling of achievement and the fact that it keeps me trim and allows me to eat well and drink red wine, some how makes it worth it.
Doing my first marathon this year, been lucky enough to get in to London, so I have focused on what I need to do and what I can manage. Want more than anything to enjoy and complete it, then will think job done!
