Started sprint triathlons in June 2009 . Was an overweight couch potato till then. Still overweight( 3 stones lighter) but no longer on the couch. Done quite a few events to date (about 30 Triathlons). half ironman distance june 2012. Am an OUTLAW having completed 'ironman' 1st Ju.ly 2012. now lost 4 stone so feeling much healthier. Half outlaw completed 2016 Glad to say its now 4.5 stones lighter..2 half marathons in 2016 worksop and Benidorm. Now 5 stone lighter (dec 2016). Mostly running now after accident on cycle when I crashed injuring self quite badly. (cant swim or cycle now) Dec 2018
