Hadn't run since school until my son joined Werrington Joggers in 2008. I really wish I had got back into running sooner as I am really enjoying the buzz of competing again, even if that's only trying to beat my own PB's mainly. WJ's is a great club and you get so much support in everything you do ( and the post run cakes are pretty good too ! ). Have got into VLM this year so running has now officially taken over my life.
