I'm 34 years old, married with two girls, aged 8 and 6. I'm not a good runner, despite working in an office full of triatheletes, but I am a trier (I walked a Marathon when I was 8!). I'm slightly (depending on whether you are feeling generous) overweight but I am looking to change in the way I view exercise and general wellbeing and to just get on and do it, before I wake up and I'm 40.
