30-something and London based. My natural tendency leans towards sprinting due to my parental sporting heritage but have enjoyed long-distance running in the past and I am now returning to it afresh. I also believe running is good for your mental health and I am recommending it to everyone I know (and no doubt sounding mildly obsessed  ) as a way to focus on something positive.
