Trying to get more serious about the running. Only race was the Ciren 10k in Sept 06. (shows 07 on here as 06 wasn't listed as an option). Managed that in 56.28 which wasn't too bad hungover! Going for it again this year and also entered for Swindon half marathon. Bit nervous about that one, quite tough for first one me thinks... We shall see. Be happy to get round as first time.
