But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.

Been running on and off for the last 15 years usually for weight lost, but 2010 will be my third 10k race season. Broke 45min last year which was my goal at Bespak 10k in King's Lynn, my favourite race at my old home town. Usually complete in roughly 8-10 races a years. Also love cycling, me and my little bike (it is little, as only 5ft m'self) can cover quite a few miles on a nice afternoon.
