Im a 36 year old Mum of two (Gracie 7 & Joe 3). I started to run almost two years ago now just to get a little bit of 'me' time. I will never be a Paula Radcliffe but I love to run (or plod) and the high I get at the end of my run you just cannot beat. Got a couple of 10k's planned and its my third year for the great North Run this year and if I dont get under two hours I'm hanging up my running shoes!
