Hello everyone, can't believe I never knew about this great site till now. Been running since I was 19 with mixed success. Used to mostly compete on the track at 400/800/1500m. Things have tailed off over the last few years due to work and moving around and I got a bit jaded. Have moved back to Watford and linked up with guys I used to train with. This has given me a new lease of life and I hope to continue to enjoy training and racing for a long time to come.
