Ive just returned to running after a two year break. It's amazing how, I will start again tomorrow turns into months!
I lost my dad in 2009 through lung cancer, even though he had never smoked in his life. So I've entered myself in The Race for Life on 17th July and dragged my backside back on the treadmill.
I forgotten how much I enjoyed running and looking forward to getting fit again.
