I'm a plump but fit 41 yr old woman whose already lost 11 stone but has another 5 stone to go!
I'm a mum to 2 wonderful boys Nick and Jamie who support me no end with my fitness goals, they have been known to don trainers or boxing gloves to keep up with me!
I'm a brown belt at kickboxing
I work as a teacher in a Pupil Support Centre which educates children having 'difficulties' with mainstream education.
I truely love exercise now and wish I had felt this passion when I was so much younger! and I have got myself a wonderful trainer also called Jamie or torturer, master, evil one.......any other expletive you can think of!
