Been away from any form of serious exercise for some time, was always a keen footballer and rugby player in my teens and guess i was just lucky through my early 20's. spent the last 5 years boozing and now its starting to catch up with me. im running as hard and as fast as i can in the opposite direction from that huge gut and if im honest im throughly enjoying every step.
