About Me
Resumed running, twice a week, in Feb 2007 after bilateral achilles problems. Will continue to swim 2x each week and maybe do a little cycling. Am more of a cross-trainer than a runner - but would do more running if my body could take it! Oh no! Injured again ~April 2009 with a groin problem... still awaiting it to fully heal as of August ... started running again April 2010 .. :)
