I started running 12 months ago. This is something I have been able to enjoy after quitting smoking. I prefer to run off road. I am always looking for varied scenery. I can often be found runnning round Alton Water, or Fynn valley. In 2009 my challenge is 500 miles. I was injured for 3 months in 2008 in. I am hoping to do more races in 2009.
