42 years old. Close cropped hair (most of it's fallen out anyway). Very flat feet and unusual running style. Run for Hinckley Running Club in Leicestershire but live and work in Northampton. I train with my mate from work Holmsy ususally two lunchtimes a week and my dog Tee J most mornings and at weekends.
I live with my wife, two daughters and Tee J.
Outside of running I am a keen rugby fan and support Leicester Tigers.
